Quinn is an independent producer based in New York City.
Quinn was a Director in Greenberg Traurig’s Government Law & Policy Practice for four years after serving in the New York City Mayor’s Office under two Mayors. He ended his public service as advisor for citywide event coordination and management focusing on post-COVID recovery, and served as a senior advisor on COVID-19 response food programs for the NYC Food Czar. Quinn's civil service began in 2014 as the Director of Operations for the newly-created Public Engagement Unit and in 2016 he was recruited by the City Hall Executive Office to serve as a Mayoral Event producer.
Quinn has deep experience working on campaigns for all levels of government. Quinn’s campaign and organizing work includes NYC mayoral campaigns, City Council, State Senate, and State Assembly races in all 5 boroughs of New York City, a Texas senate campaign, four presidential campaigns, and multipel issue advocacy activiations.
Quinn's event production work includes concerts, sporting events, theater performances, galas, art activiations, festivals, press conferences, marketing experiential events, tickertape parades, a papal visit, and multiple presidential campaign rallies.
